We engineer and install code-compliant process and utility systems for chemical, power, food & beverage, metals, pulp & paper, water/wastewater, and institutional environments. Deliverables typically include complex skid packages, shop fabrication, QA documentation, and complete turnover packages. Our material capability spans all types of metals and alloys including: carbon, stainless, hastelloy, inconel and titanium. Waco has a solid history with the following systems; high-pressure steam and condensate; compressed air; chilled water, hot water; nitrogen and specialty gases.

Steel Fabrication Services

From detail drafting to shop fabrication and field fit-up, our team creates structural steel systems that can be relied on for years of service. We control quality at each step utilizing our own set of quality assurance procedures, weld mapping and non destructive inspection standards.
